Charles Maloy, a Rochester native, possesses extensive knowledge of both residential and commercial market conditions, locally and regionally. "I returned to Rochester in 2005 after 15 years as a college football and lacrosse coach. You'd be suprised how many hats I wore and how much "selling" is required in that profession. I believe that helped prepare me for my second calling -- real estate. Upon my return, I jumped into real estate investing, and soon after, obtained my NYS license. I felt the two complemented each other well. As an investor, I could benefit from the resources and expertise of being a Realtor, and I knew my experience as an investor would benefit my clients.
